Project Manager - Buildings, you will support the delivery of multidisciplinary building projects that shape how communities live, work, and connect. Based in
Ontario, this role is ideal for a developing project manager ready to take on greater ownership of scope, coordination, and client interaction while continuing to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team.
You will work closely with senior project managers, technical leads, and clients to help deliver projects that are technically sound, financially responsible, and aligned with WSP's commitment to quality and sustainability.
Your Impact- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of building projects across multiple disciplines
- Assist with managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk under the guidance of senior project leadership
- Coordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and stakeholders to support integrated project delivery
- Contribute to client communication, meeting coordination, and progress reporting
- Apply WSP project management standards to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support proposal preparation, work planning, and resource coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and team collaboration
The Skills That Set You Apart- 4-7 years of experience supporting or managing building or infrastructure projects
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Exposure to multidisciplinary project delivery within consulting, engineering, or construction environments
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, and cost control
- Familiarity with Canadian building projects, delivery models, and client environments
- Progress toward, or interest in, professional designation (P.Eng., PMP, or equivalent)
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$89,800 - $118,900MB & ON:
$81,900 - $112,800NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$81,100 - $107,700Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
