  • Partner closely with the Head WE and WELT to translate vision into actionable plans, manage priorities, and track progress against key goals.
  • Act as a central connector across Workplace Experience functions, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies while ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Centralize project tracking, documentation, and communication through project management systems to ensure visibility, transparency, and consistency across initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and elevate the workplace experience, connecting day-to-day operations with long-term strategy through insights and data.
  • Manage annual planning rhythms, including calendars, budgets, and key operational cadences across Workplace Experience in partnership with the Head of WE and admin support.
Who You Are

  • Strong strategic and systems thinking; able to connect workplace operations, employee experience, and business goals while identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing long-term strategy with detailed execution.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving capability; navigates ambiguity and drives progress across competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading through change, with the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across evolving strategies, initiatives, and ways of working.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments, ideally within workplace, operations, real estate, hospitality, or related functions, with comfort supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
