The Town of Wellesley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Information Technology Department and lead technology initiatives that enhance municipal operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and support digital transformation across all Town departments.
This role manages a wide range of technology projects-from enterprise software implementations to data-driven process improvements-while collaborating closely with Town staff, leadership, and vendors to deliver reliable and innovative solutions for the community.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, experience with municipal applications (esp. Tyler ERP and OpenGov), and the ability to translate department needs into effective, sustainable technology outcomes.
Salary: $87,210-$117,734 annually
Expected hiring range: Up to $100,000, depending on experience
