Job Description

Position Summary:

Accountable for the successful client transition and internal IT initiatives. Manage projects through their complete lifecycle from initiation to closure and handover to the business and IT operations. Manage projects using the agreed project management methodologies and documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and communication are in place to keep stakeholders up to date with progress, risks, and issues.

You Will:

Lead end-to-end project delivery

  • Plan and execute technology transition projects within agreed-uponscope, timeline, and budget.

Manage project structure and reporting

  • Maintainproject plans, communication plans, documentation, governance, and stakeholder reporting.

Coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Guide project teams, workstream leads, and SMEs to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

Monitor budget, risks, and quality

  • Tracksspend, risks, issues, and contingency actionswhile ensuring adherence to Concentrix project management standards.

Support regional technology transitions

  • Enable successful delivery oftechnology transition projectsfor an assigned Concentrix region.

You Have:

Bilingual and client-focused

  • Fluent inEnglish and Frenchwith a strong focus onclient satisfaction.

Qualified in project management

  • Bachelor27s degree preferred, with aproject management certificationsuch asPMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.

Experienced in delivery and risk control

  • Proven ability to managemultiple projects, risks, budgets, costs, and deadlinesin fast-paced environments.

Capable of leading complex project environments

  • Able to handleconflict resolution, stakeholder influence, prioritization, and project executionacross teams.
