We are currently seeking an experienced
Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong technical background, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or construction projects, along with excellent organizational and leadership skills. In this role, you will manage job sites, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.

What you will do
- Own projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring all projects are completed safely, profitable, and on schedule.
- Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Build and maintain project schedules while coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the bridge between the field, office, customers, vendors, and General Contractors.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, project reviews, and lessons learned discussions.
- Coach and develop foremen and future leaders while helping fostering accountability throughout the team.
- Make decisions, take ownership, and bring solutions.

- Financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, labor, and profitability.
- Ability to balance urgency with a high attention to detail.

- A leader who is committed to continuous improvement and helping others grow.
- PMP certification or a mechanical trade background highly desired.
