The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a project manager to support the U.S. Secret Service in its transformation to modernize technology delivery, expand AI product development, centralize enterprise services, and prepare for increased mission demands. The Project Manager will support an integrated Program Management Office responsible for coordinating transformation initiatives across a variety of technologies and service areas. This position will manage assigned projects and workstreams, maintain alignment with OCIO priorities, and support the consistent delivery of measurable transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities:
•           
Manage assigned OCIO transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
•            Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and performance measures.
•            Coordinate project activities across technical, operational, business, governance, and organizational change management teams.
•            Track project risks, issues, actions, and decisions; develop mitigation strategies and escalate concerns requiring leadership attention.
•            Facilitate project meetings, working groups, stakeholder sessions, and status reviews.
•            Prepare project status reports, executive briefings, dashboards, decision papers, and other leadership communications.
•            Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, quality, and delivery commitments.
•            Support governance processes by documenting decisions, tracking approvals, and ensuring compliance with established standards.
•            Apply appropriate PMI, Agile, and hybrid project management practices based on the needs of each initiative.
•            Coordinate stakeholder engagement across OCIO divisions, technical subject-matter experts, field personnel, and mission partners.
•            Support development and implementation of project delivery playbooks, templates, workflows, and reusable tools. 

Qualifications:
 Required:
•            U.S. Citizenship required 
•            Ability to obtain DHS EOD Public Trust
•            BS/BA + 10 years or equivalency (AA + 12 years of experience, MS + 7 Years of experience or no degree + 16 years of experience)
•            Five or more years of relevant professional experience, including at least five years managing complex projects or transformation initiatives.
•            Demonstrated experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and performance measures.
•            Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
•            Knowledge of project management principles and experience applying predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery methods.
•            Experience preparing executive-level briefings, dashboards, status reports, and decision-support materials.
•            Strong facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
•            Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable project activities and measurable outcomes.

 Desired:
•            Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or  Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe certification.
•            Experience supporting an enterprise PMO or large-scale organizational or technology transformation.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
