The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a organization change management specialist to support the U.S. Secret Service in its transformation to modernize technology delivery, expand AI product development, centralize enterprise services, and prepare for increased mission demands. The OCM specialist will support an integrated Program Management Office responsible for coordinating transformation initiatives across a variety of technologies and service areas. This position will integrate change management into the broader transformation program through stakeholder engagement, change-impact analysis, communications, training, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities:
•            Develop and execute an integrated organizational change management strategy aligned with OCIO transformation objectives.
•            Conduct stakeholder analyses, change-impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption-risk evaluations.
•            Identify how organizational, process, governance, workforce, and technology changes will affect stakeholder groups across the OCIO and field.
•            Develop stakeholder engagement plans tailored to OCIO leadership, technical teams, business functions, field personnel, and mission partners.
•            Create and maintain the program’s OCM plan, communications plan, stakeholder map, change-impact log, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
•            Develop clear, audience-specific communications, including leadership messages, announcements, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and workforce updates.
•            Coordinate with project and program managers to embed OCM activities, milestones, dependencies, and risks into integrated project schedules.
•            Assess training needs and support development of training plans, job aids, playbooks, toolkits, and other workforce-enablement materials.

Qualifications:
Required:
•            U.S. Citizenship required 
•            Ability to obtain DHS EOD Public Trust
•            BS/BA + 10 years or equivalency (AA + 12 years of experience, MS + 7 Years of experience or no degree + 16 years of experience)
•            Five or more years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, communications, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
•            Demonstrated experience applying structured organizational change management methods to complex technology, process, or organizational transformations.
•            Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, change-impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption evaluations.
•            Experience developing and executing change management, communications, engagement, and training plans.
•            Experience developing training strategy and plans
•            Strong executive communication, facilitation, presentation, writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
•            Ability to communicate complex organizational and technical changes in clear language tailored to different audiences.

Desired:
•            Prosci Change Management certification, Certified Change Management Professional certification, or comparable credential.
