Work You'll DoAs a Project, Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of learning events aligned to project objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Serving as the registrar lead for the component, owning participant enrollment, registration tracking, attendance management, and related administrative controls
- Partnering with instructors, subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to coordinate the design, sequencing, and delivery of training activities
- Overseeing training logistics, including course scheduling, materials readiness, classroom or virtual session setup, and participant communications to ensure smooth execution
- Maintaining accurate training records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with program policies, procedures, and operational requirements
- Proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving scheduling, registration, and logistical issues to support continuity of training operations
- Providing operational leadership and administrative oversight to ensure training events are delivered in a coordinated, professional, and service-oriented manner

QualificationsRequired:
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience coordinating with stakeholders across an organization
- 1+ years of experience with supporting training or learning program delivery
- 1+ years of experience supporting intelligence community clients
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
- Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
