Graham is actively recruiting for Project Manager supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
  • Oversee subcontracting process and procurement activities
  • Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience coordinating construction projects, with demonstrated exposure to rail, transit, or track infrastructure
  • Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
  • Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software


Compensation
  • Salary Range: $115,000 to 130,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
