Your Impact Starts HereGraham is actively recruiting for Project Manager supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Project Manager plays a key role in delivering construction projects up to $50M, ensuring schedule, cost, HSE & Quality, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through close-out.
Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site- Lead full project lifecycle: planning, start-up, execution, and close-out
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestone dates
- Oversee subcontracting process and procurement activities
- Implement and monitor HSE and Quality plans to meet corporate standards
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing project team
The Right Tools for the Job- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' experience coordinating construction projects, with demonstrated exposure to rail, transit, or track infrastructure
- Knowledge of risk management, contract administration, and scheduling
- Software: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and using scheduling and project management software
Compensation- Salary Range: $115,000 to 130,000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
