Full Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 hourly, depending on experience

We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager, working out of our Stoney Creek location. Our Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion-planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects-ensuring they meet objectives, stay on time, and remain within budget. They will coordinate teams, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including but not limited to project plan and goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, costs, status reports and risk assessments. Assist in creating a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. Handle multiple and concurrent projects at the same time.
  • Collaboration - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services; Work with cross functional teams to gather input, align priorities and ensure project success.
  • Business Analysis & Testing - Gather and document business needs and requirements from stakeholders. Support solution design and ensure final product meets expectations. Assist in testing activities to confirm functionality and quality.
  • Training & Change Management - Assist and/or create (if required) in training materials to support adoption. Communicate change clearly and help teams adjust to new processes and tools.
  • Project Coordination - Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they're completed according to timelines and budgets;
  • Digital Tools - Utilize MS forms and other platforms to create and optimize digital forms, streamlining data collection and processing;
  • Communications - Create marketing collateral such as digital brochures, newsletters, and social media content to support organizational initiatives; Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences including internal teams, leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support - Provide technical support to internal teams and program participants, addressing any IT-related issues and troubleshooting challenges;
  • Other duties assigned.


Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in project management or related roles;
  • Previous experience in the Rental Industry;
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally, with the ability to work productively in a team-centric environment;
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision and make some key decisions;
  • Skilled in time management and organization;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel;
  • Bilingual an asset;
  • Open to travel, when required.
