Project Manager

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Project Manager, this position will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Lead cross-functional planning, documentation, and coordination efforts for updates to core business and technical processes.
  • Provide inputs to project management activities including timeline development, establishing project milestones, task tracking, dependency identification, deliverable and status reporting.
  • Coordinate business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, accurate communication flow, and shared understanding of roles and responsibilities across project resources.
  • Manage relationships and communications across multiple internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Coordinate system implementation activities from requirements through deployment and adoption.
  • Plan and oversee quality assurance (QA) and testing activities, including test coordination, issue tracking, validation, and resolution for changes impacting connected systems and ensuring issues are documented and addressed by development teams.
  • Facilitate preparation and access for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including staging data and ensuring users can fully evaluate system changes.
  • Assist in managing the lifecycle of enhancements and defect fixes from request intake through deployment and validation.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 2-3 years supporting Technology Projects, System Implementations, Business process initiatives, or related project coordination activities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional efforts involving planning, coordination, and documentation for major initiatives surrounding updates of core business and technical processes.
  • Experience supporting project management functions including timeline development, milestone and task tracking, and status reporting.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and maintaining business and/or technical requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, or business process documentation.
  • Experience with full system development or implementation lifecycle, from requirements through deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.
