We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Project Manager / Delivery Lead with
2-5 years of experience to lead the OSS Provisioning portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to platform and UI portal initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
Your Role
- Lead delivery for OSS Provisioning initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology teams.
- Drive project lifecycle activities including:Planning and scheduling , Development coordination,System Integration Testing (SIT) & Production deployment and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Maintain and manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, including mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Provide weekly status reporting to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.
- Manage and forecast the Provisioning portfolio budget, ensuring accurate month-over-month financial tracking.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
Your Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with:JIRA,Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the telecommunications domain.
- Familiarity with OSS (Operations Support Systems) and provisioning processes.
- Exposure to SAFe Agile framework or Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of platform and UI portal-based project delivery.
- Candidate must be authorized to work without current or future sponsorship.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
