Responsibilities

  • Own and drive improvements to the end-to-end process for data management and compliance with government contracts
  • Establish cross-functional governance for maintaining deliverables tied to Service Expansion Government contracts
  • Manage all aspects of subsidy claims submission and reporting
  • Prepare and publish regular progress reports for key stakeholders and government agencies
  • Facilitate reviews and secure approvals for reports and claims from executives and other stakeholders
  • Lead ad hoc reporting requests from government and internal teams
  • Track subsidy payments and manage financial forecasts for each contract
  • Design a document management system to support compliance with contract obligations.

Full Job Description
Required Skills:
• good years experience managing contracts, public sector or government grant programs good years within telecom or similar industry
• Experience working with complex data base systems, establishing QA/QC processes, excel scripts and models• Strong organizational skills; ability to hold people to account for deliverables and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines;
• Advanced computer skills including the use of geospatial tools, MS office suite and cloud-based services;
• Process-minded professional who pro-actively identifies opportunities for improvement and implements them; leads by example, shares best practices and provides recommendations for doing things better, faster, and smarter to drive positive change across the organization.
• An understanding of telecommunications technology, government procurement and funding programs as well as the ecosystem of products and services.
• Knowledge of internal reporting and billing system would be an asset
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Own, maintain and drive constant improvement to an end-to-end process that meets contracted requirements for data, construction updates, reports and subsidy claims
• Establish governance and cross-functional engagement to develop, execute and maintain deliverables that comply with Service Expansion Government contracts
• Manage the completion, a pproval and submission of all subsidy claims and reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual progress reports and claims for the government(s), publish a reporting schedule with key milestones and workback activities
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews of reports/claims and secure sign-off from key stakeholders analyze executives prior to submission
• Lead response to any ad hoc reporting requests from government or internally
• Track all subsidy payments and manage recovery forecasts for each contract
• Design and implement a document management solution to support our Contract Compliance Program

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
