Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Owns delivery coordination for their hub. Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing,

scheduling and escalation. Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination
• Risk and issue management
• Agile delivery execution
• Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management
• ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools

BEHAVIOURS
• Stakeholder mgmt across TCS and ServiceNow
• Escalation handling and conflict resolution
• Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources

CERTIFICATIONS: PMP or equivalent • CSA preferred • Agile certified

Salary Range: $82,000 - $140,000 a year
