What You'll Do- Act as the primary project leader and point of contact, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely issue resolution
- Manage end-to-end supply chain projects-from evaluation and planning through execution and closeout
- Establish project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria; develop integrated project plans and documentation
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, critical path, and change control
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and keep stakeholders informed with proactive communication
- Lead cross-functional meetings, steering reviews, and gate approvals
- Provide clear, executive-ready reporting on status, milestones, financials, and risks
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project systems, and documentation standards
- Champion process improvements and best-practice standardization across the project portfolio
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, (leading supply chain initiatives a plus)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site, cross-functional projects
- Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and external vendors
- Proficiency with project management systems and tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage risk, escalate effectively, and drive timely decision-making
- Skilled in data analysis and data-driven decision making
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/hold a DOE security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications- PMP or similar project management certification
- Lean/Six Sigma experience or continuous improvement background
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Change Management experience
- Working knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes

Pay: $76,000 - $119,000
The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $76,000 and $119,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
