At STURDY., we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of creative, content, and live experience projects. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident taking initiative to keep projects moving forward.

Reporting directly to the Producer, the Project Manager works closely with Creative and Content teams to maintain schedules, manage workflows, track deliverables, and support the successful delivery of projects.

This is an internally focused role responsible for project coordination, media management, documentation, budget actualization, and archiving. Client communication, vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget ownership remain under the responsibility of the Producer.

[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ]

  • Own project scheduling and tracking, including workback plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow across Creative and Content teams.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, internal team check-ins, and follow-up action items.
  • Support Creative and Content teams throughout content development, review, delivery, and approval workflows.
  • Track project actuals against approved budgets and maintain accurate financial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support invoice tracking, reconciliation, and financial administration, including W9s, W8s, Sole Proprietor forms, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and purchase records.
  • Own project documentation and media management, including meeting notes, reporting materials, file organization, folder structures, version control, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
  • Support render tracking, content delivery workflows, and collaboration with Render Wranglers when needed.
  • Lead project closeout and archiving procedures, ensuring all project assets, records, deliverables, and documentation are properly organized and accessible.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving project management processes, content pipelines, and studio workflows.


[SKILLS YOU WILL NEED ]

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Frame.io, Suite Studio, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
  • Understanding of content production pipelines, including content review, approvals, versioning, delivery, archiving, and media management workflows.
  • Familiarity with 2D, 3D, motion design, TouchDesigner, Notch, Unreal Engine, render farm workflows, and large-scale content delivery processes is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Comfortable working extended hours and weekends during peak production periods.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

The pay range for this role is:
