Senior Project Manager - Business Process Management
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in business process management, process engineering, process optimization, program management, project management, consulting, operational excellence, or related disciplines
Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, workflows, and associated business processes
Experience developing business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and benefits realization frameworks
Bachelor's degree required; OR four additional years of relevant education and/or experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and risk and control identification and assessment
Comprehensive understanding and application of project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision making
Experience leveraging data and analytics tools to monitor performance and drive business outcomes
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related continuous improvement methodologies
US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse/domestic partner
