Senior UX Writer / SEO Content Writer - 100% Remote
We are hiring a Senior UX Writer / SEO Content Writer to support a major SEO transformation initiative for the Content Development team. This role will focus on creating high-quality, long-form digital content for web pages, advice/resource articles, and repeatable content templates.
This is more heavily focused on content writing, SEO, GEO, and digital web content than traditional UX writing. Ideal candidates will have experience writing advice-style content, such as articles related to insurance, pet ownership, or educational resources.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, SEO-driven web content and long-form advice articles
- Create scalable page and content templates
- Support P&C and agency-related digital content projects
- Collaborate with SMEs, designers, business partners, and stakeholders
- Use Figma to review and edit content within digital designs
- Deliver content quickly in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of UX writing, content design, copywriting, SEO writing, or digital content experience
- Strong experience writing for web pages and advice-style digital content
- SEO and GEO experience
- Figma experience
- Experience with AI prompt tools, Slack, SEMrush, and Microsoft Word
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with style guides, AP style, and brand standards
- Portfolio or writing samples required for interview
Preferred:
- P&C, pet insurance, financial services, or insurance content experience
- UX writing or content design certification
