Full Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager who can be part scrum master, part product owner, and fully Agile to join our client-centered team. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work. Note that you must be able to work in the United States; we do not sponsor visas at this time.

A good PM loves process; a great PM knows it's a means to an important end. You're detail-oriented, results-centric, and undaunted by technology (or technologists). You've internalized the iron triangle of time-scope-budget into your DNA.

On the personal side, you're relaxed, comfortable working in teams, get that writing good code can be genuinely hard to do, and always - most especially when it's bad news - tell the truth.

As a Project Manager, you will...
Champion The Process
Given your positive demeanor, you'll inspire trust and confidence in our process. You'll help clients feel comfortable by building long-term supportive relationships to keep their systems running strong.

Keep Clients Informed
Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll work face-to-face with sophisticated clients, keeping them informed about schedule, budget, scope changes, issues, and risks, all while measuring and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your unmitigated motto in life is never, ever to surprise a client.

Manage Project Schedules
Building off best practices in project management and your experience with the software development life-cycle, you'll meet with clients to assist team members in gathering and documenting project requirements. You'll work with the Technical Lead and other project team members to translate effort estimates and resource allocations into project schedules, monitoring and adjusting the schedule as the project evolves.

Control Budgets
With a keen eye for detail, you'll stay on top of project budgets, anticipating any issues and heading them off at the pass before they arise. You'll invoice clients on a monthly basis.

Coach Project Teams
Meeting regularly with your project teams to review progress (using tools such as Jira and Confluence), you'll address any blockers, bring focus to project objectives, and solidify team cohesion.

Identify New Business
Fostering long-term, Trusted Advisor relationships with your clients, you'll look for ways to offer more value year-over-year.

Share Best Practices
As a collaborative team-player, you'll work alongside other Soliant Project Managers, improving the common pool of knowledge, and discovering and sharing best practices.

Grow Your Talents
Building off of your natural curiosity, you'll gain valuable exposure to a suite of rich technical tools and mature business processes, working shoulder-to-shoulder with expert cloud (Salesforce: The #1 Agentic AI CRM , AWS), web and database (Claris FileMaker) developers and technical leads, as well as seasoned project managers and VPs.

Expectations for a Successful Candidate
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies as a project manager, business analyst, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira, or similar, and/or or a demonstrable grasp of project management tools.
  • Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Proactive mindset: Acts and communicates to prevent problems before they occur or to reduce risk before the risk occurs
  • Strong computer skills - MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills; Appropriate use of communication methods
  • Demonstrate good judgement in escalating issues and decisions to your manager, VP, or project leadership that you work with.
  • Ability to listen to problems, analyze information, and discuss recommendations with colleagues to send to clients.
  • Consulting experience a strong plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Tech Stack
You will support projects across our technology practices, including CNA, where teams work with tools such as React and Node.js, as well as AI-driven and AI-enabled solutions. You do not need deep technical expertise in these areas, but you should be curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning enough about the technologies to effectively manage projects and collaborate with technical teams.

Employee Benefits & Perks
  • Excellent health, vision, and dental benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Remote work equipment and services stipend
  • Vacation policy and a flexible work schedule that encourages personal pursuits and a healthy work-life balance
  • Parental leave benefits
  • Generous 401(k) employer match
  • Employee stock ownership
  • Encouragement of regular professional development and training
