Full Job Description
About the role

We're looking for a Project Manager to join the Sigma Team and keep our highest-stakes, zero-to-one AI initiatives organized, communicated, and moving on schedule. You'll work closely with the Engineering, Product, Design, and Research talent embedded across Sigma's squads, acting as the connective tissue that keeps multiple fast-moving initiatives, each operating under real speed and ambiguity, clear, structured, and aligned.

Your mandate is to give Sigma's squads the project rigor to match their ambition: coordinating dependencies across squads, keeping plans and timelines current, and making sure decisions get documented and communicated instead of getting lost in the shuffle. You'll play an essential role in making sure Sigma builds the right things, at the right time, with the right context, without slowing down the speed that makes the team work.

The Sigma Team

Sigma sits inside Biorce's CSO's Office. It's Biorce's Tech Special Forces, an incubator tasked with building the most disruptive, highest-stakes AI products in the clinical trial space.

This is not a team that iterates on existing products. Sigma builds from zero: defining the strategy, shipping under real speed and ambiguity, and treating every initiative as a new venture. Squads are small and cross-functional, a Product Owner, AI/ML Engineers, an embedded Scientific Lead, and a Designer, all in the room from day one, not brought in once the problem is already framed.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience running projects and 3+ years managing teams inside SaaS development environments, someone who brings structure to ambiguity rather than waiting for it to resolve on its own. You know how to organize information clearly, keep plans and tracking boards current, and follow up consistently until things actually close out.

You're highly proactive, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams, and attentive to the details that keep a project from quietly slipping. You're curious and eager to learn, iterate, and grow alongside a fast-moving AI team, and you know how to balance hands-on task execution with the clear, frequent communication that keeps everyone, from engineers to leadership on the same page. You're proficient in Jira and fluent in English, written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate tasks and dependencies between Product, Engineering, Design, and Research so every workstream moves forward in sync.
  • Own Project Plans & Tracking: Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task tracking boards so status is always current and visible to the team.
  • Run Team Rituals: Organize and facilitate standups, syncs, sprint reviews, and follow-ups that keep teams aligned and unblocked.
  • Manage Milestones & Risk: Track milestones and dependencies across Sigma's squads, proactively identifying risks and blockers before they threaten delivery.
  • Document & Communicate Decisions: Ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly across teams so nothing gets lost as initiatives move fast.
  • Support Release Planning: Support release planning and internal communication around delivery, keeping stakeholders informed as work ships.
  • Keep Squads in Sync: Act as the connective layer across Sigma's small, cross-functional squads, giving zero-to-one initiatives the project rigor to move fast without losing clarity.

  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive.

  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
