OverviewWe are looking for a Project Manager with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment to join our Maryland Team.
- Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the initial stages of pre-construction.
- Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in setting up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the project.
- Working in partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.
- Thorough completion of all financial data with an eye to quickly identify potential/existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance.
- Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience building multiple projects at a time specifically in Commercial, Tenant Interiors, Hospitality (Hotels), or other occupied spaces such as healthcare renovations upwards of $5M.
- Software experience doing financials in P6.
- Direct responsibility for leading and developing staff.
- Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect.
- Experience with Timberline, Sage and Procore or similar project management tools required.
- Must have the flexibility for required business travel.
Salary Range Information
Maryland Base Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000 The range is Maryland based. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
