Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ServiceNow Expertise
• Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including: o HR Case & Knowledge Management o Employee Service Center (ESC) o HR Agent Workspace o Lifecycle Events (Onboarding/Transfer/Offboarding) o HR Integrations with core systems (Workday, Active Directory, others)
• Knowledge of platform capabilities, including workflows, catalog items, records, HR tables, automation, and security roles.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into functional user stories and validate solutions with technical teams. Project Management Skills
• 812+ years of overall IT experience with strong PM background.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow HRSD implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency in creating and managing: o Project plans o RAID logs o Budget tracking o Sprint backlogs o UAT plans o Cutover/hypercare plans o Executive status dashboards
• Experience handling vendor coordination, multi team collaboration, and offshoreonsite communication. HR Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of enterprise HR processes (Case Management, Employee Experience, HR Operations).
• Experience collaborating with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT teams. Technical Coordination
• Ability to work with developers, architects, and integration teams.
• Familiarity with ServiceNowWorkday integrations (preferred).
• Ability to review functional specs, process flows, and testing documentation.
