Qualifications

• 3+ years in Agile project management, preferably with customer-facing solutions like websites or enterprise software.
• 2+ years experience in analyst or technical writing roles, covering requirements and user documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Experience in vendor engagements and managing professional services.
• Exceptional communication skills, suitable for interactions with senior clients.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC and Agile practices required.
• Critical thinking and the ability to multitask are essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile Development teams using Scrum methodology, managing work in TFS and refining processes.
• Assist in creating comprehensive documentation including user guides and training materials to meet compliance.
• Partner with Development Manager to inspire teams and communicate a project vision effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business objectives and project scopes.
• Establish timelines and assign tasks while ensuring continuous progress and resolution of obstacles.
• Facilitate effective planning, updates, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate across teams to achieve results and mitigate issues with other departments and vendors.
• Lead project status meetings, providing updates and fostering an environment of collaborative communication.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation standards for the Technology Organization.
