CGI Montréal is looking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead an SAP S/4HANA rollout. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, cutover, go live and post go live stabilization. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP functional and technical teams, and implementation partners, you will ensure that the rollout is delivered in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality and business objectives.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role requiring strong SAP project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a disciplined approach to governance, risks, issues and change management.

Your future duties and responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery, from project mobilization through go live and stabilization
• Develop, maintain and manage the integrated project plan, including milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies and critical path
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and delivery commitments, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate SAP functional and technical workstreams and ensure alignment between business teams, IT teams and implementation partners
• Ensure consistency between the SAP solution/template and business requirements, challenging unnecessary deviations and facilitating decisions on justified gaps
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including project meetings, status reporting, steering committees and executive communications
• Maintain and actively manage risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies (RAID)
• Manage change requests, including assessment of impacts on scope, budget, schedule and resources, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
• Facilitate decision making and escalate critical issues when required to protect project objectives and timelines
• Coordinate project activities related to data migration, integrations, testing, user acceptance testing, training and organizational change management
• Lead cutover planning and go live readiness, ensuring that dependencies, business readiness and go/no go criteria are clearly defined
• Coordinate go live activities, issue resolution and hypercare/stabilization
• Ensure an effective transition from project delivery to operational and support teams
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with senior management and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Minimum 8 years of ERP project management experience, including significant experience delivering SAP projects
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
• Successful leadership of at least one SAP S/4HANA project from initiation through go live and stabilization, with direct accountability for project delivery
• Strong experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues and change requests
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary SAP teams across functional and technical workstreams
• Strong understanding of the major phases and dependencies of an SAP implementation, including design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate or another structured SAP delivery methodology
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience interacting with senior management and executive stakeholders
• Strong leadership, organization, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken, written), with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively in both languages

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment
• Experience working in environments with stringent requirements related to quality, compliance, traceability, validation and auditability
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain or distribution processes
• Experience delivering template based, multi site or international SAP rollouts
• Experience working with distributed, nearshore or offshore delivery teams
• Experience managing fixed price or complex SAP delivery engagements
• PMP, SAP Activate or other relevant SAP certifications

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
