Retail Studio in our Orlando, FL office. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a creative, organized and engaging
Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through collaboration and breakthrough ideas. Candidates should also have a strong ability to mentor, and prior experience with renovations and new construction.
A position you'll love:- You'll be working with a valued corporate retail clients.
- You will have primary client relationship duties.
- Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
- Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
- You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
- You'll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance.
- Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production, QA and construction administration responsibilities.
- You'll have the opportunity to contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to your focus on retail.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
- Architectural license strongly preferred;
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture with 3+ years of experience in a project management role;
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;
- Great attention to detail and service to clients;
- Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must;
- A working knowledge of Revit is required, proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred;
- Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance.
