- Possesses a strong understanding of design, planning, spatial relationships, materials, building systems, and detailing.

What You'll DoAs a Project Architect, you'll play a pivotal role throughout the life of a project-from early concept through construction and owner occupancy. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead the technical development of inspiring Workplace and Mixed-Use projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and specialty consultants in a truly integrated design process.
- Produce high-quality construction documents that reflect design excellence and technical rigor.
- Guide projects through construction administration while advocating for quality and client success.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and consultants through trust, responsiveness, and leadership.
- Help advance how we design, document, and deliver projects by embracing innovation and emerging technologies.

Qualifications- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience in complex projects.
- Licensed Architect (required).
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, codes, and materials.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is a must. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Passion for technical excellence, client service, and collaborative design.
