Full Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Region Project Manager responsible for overseeing mechanical and technical projects across the assigned region. The Region Project Manager will coordinate project activities from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role supervises mechanics and skilled technicians, manages resources and schedules, communicates with stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical/technical projects from start to finish
  • Assign tasks and supervise mechanics or skilled technicians
  • Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and materials
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Conduct inspections and review work to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and solutions
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, construction management, mechanical operations, field services, or a related industry
