PROJECT MANAGERRCM Engineering Process & Industrial Services DivisionBuffalo, NYRCM Engineering Process & Industrial Services Division is looking for a Project Manager in our Buffalo, NY area office
Responsibilities:- Direct all phases of Engineering Design projects - estimating, project direction / execution, and through construction and commissioning support
- Participate and support our client's projects by supporting engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication and construction
- Maintain a strategic focus for the projects with frequent interaction with the business unit and the client to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of the company
- Manage the execution of one or more simultaneous projects ranging from $0.5MM to $30MM that are affiliated with our Industrial Gas, Chemical, Commercial and other third-party customers (projects are primarily located within operating facilities or brownfield locations)
- Utilize project management methodologies, systems and tools as required to meet the needs of various project assignments
- Assist with business development and new client acquisition
- Lead project teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives
- Track projects against their schedules, budgets and against phase gate review objectives, reporting status to management and customer on a regular basis
- Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated occurrences
- Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements
Qualifications:- Minimum of 7 years industrial related project experience, with at least 3 years of project management experience
- Possess a general understanding of contract administration, business principals and have a broad understanding of each engineering discipline
- PE Licensing and / or PMP Certification is beneficial
- Experience in construction is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations or project sites
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Education:- BS degree in a technical or engineering discipline

Compensation: $90,000 to $140,000 per year, dependent upon experience
