Inside a newly established joint program office, every project carries weight, and the constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality leave little room for drift. The Red Gate Group is seeking a Project Manager to support a Department of Defense intelligence customer, planning, executing, and closing IT projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. You will create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, develop the overall project plan, and manage project operations, budget, schedule, risk, and conflicts.

Day to day, you will manage project stakeholders and team members, ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively, and coordinate resolution of production related problems. You will also establish and maintain proper working relationships among customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services.

You Have
• 8+ years of project management experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years. This experience requirement is firm and cannot be met through education or certifications.
• Master's degree in a related field, or one of the following in its place: an Associate's degree in a related field and 4 additional years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 additional years of relevant experience, or 6 additional years of relevant experience. The additional years used in place of the degree are on top of the 8 year experience requirement above, not counted within it.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph
