We are seeking a highly driven **Project Manager - Customer Operations** to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on **process optimization, efficiency, and operational excellence**. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance both customer and internal experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging data, stakeholder collaboration, and structured methodologies to deliver measurable business impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations projects from scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review, defining goals, timelines, resources, and success metrics
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
- Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes using process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency gains and remove friction from customer-facing and internal operations
- Partner with Sales and customer-facing teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and simplify workflows for improved speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across systems, workflows, and vendor relationships, monitoring and reporting on savings and return on investment (ROI)
QualificationsREQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-8+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Operations, or Process Improvement
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP and Salesforce) and sales processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Problem-solving orientation with focus on continuous improvement
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
Compensation & Benefits Details- An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
