Your Job You will play a critical role in overseeing and performing project management in operations and manufacturing engineering organization for Datacomm & Specialty Solutions Division.
You will ensure that projects in Proof of Concept lab, other key initiatives and programs are managed efficiently and effectively within manufacturing and operations, aligning with the organization's strategic goals and delivering value to our customers.
What You Will Do - Project Management in Proof of Concept Lab and other initiatives.
- Project schedule development according to dependencies and priorities.
- Lead cross functionally through the execution, monitoring and achievement of project plan from Proof of Concept lab using Project Management methodologies.
- Proactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize project risks associated with cost, quality, and timing.
- Communicate status of assigned projects to internal and external stakeholders and escalate barries when identified.
- Review design packages, manufacturing designs, and processes with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Support digital transformation within the factory.
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 -$140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of portfolio management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrixed organization.
What Will Put You Ahead - PMP or other Project Management related certification.
- Fluency in oral and written Mandarin.
