The Project Manager will lead the cross-functional integrated product development teams responsible for making and delivering on all end-to-end project commitments. This will include project schedule, budget, product cost targets and technical performance. This position covers definition and management of all activities from inception to successful factory and field implementation.

Relocation assistance is available for this position.

On a typical day you will:

  • Project Planning and Goal Setting: Defining the project scope, objectives, tasks, and deliverables, while creating a detailed roadmap to guide the team.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Allocating resources (personnel, materials) and monitoring costs to keep the project within the approved budget.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Building a team, assigning tasks based on strengths, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure success.
  • Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identifying potential risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
  • Monitoring Progress and Reporting: Tracking performance against deadlines and milestones, conducting regular meetings, and preparing documentation for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing expectations, communicating updates, and ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with the final project outcomes.


Role Specific Skills & Competencies:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Motivating team members, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and guiding teams toward a common vision.
  • Communication: Conveying project goals, status updates, and risks to stakeholders, team members, and clients effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strategic Planning & Organization: Developing comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, and managing project scope to prevent creep.
  • Negotiation: Securing resources, managing vendor contracts, and aligning conflicting stakeholder expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project threats before they impact the timeline or budget.


What you will need to be successful:

  • BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or MA/MS degree with 3+ years of experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly skilled in using MS Project and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and manage interdependencies across all internal functional value-streams involved in project planning and execution
  • Support creation and management of partnerships with key suppliers
  • Identify and actively manage impact of any dependent projects or activities
  • Understand and manage handoffs across 5 stage Product Development Process (PDP)
