Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Understanding of project management methodologies essential.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry and manufacturing processes necessary.
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex global transition and recommissioning projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams and other Project Managers.
• Monitor project governance, timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure success.
• Lead risk and opportunity management, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and resource requirements.
• Oversee project documentation and communications, including performance updates.
