Full Job Description
Responsible for ensuring seamless program launches and driving continuous improvement for White Cap’s On-Site Technical Solutions. This role focuses on post-sale execution, collaborating with internal functional teams and external vendors to deliver operational excellence, maintain compliance, and optimize processes through data-driven reporting.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
• Oversee installation and setup of on-site solutions (e.g., mobile branches, vending systems, scanning and autonomous technologies).
• Partner with Sales, Branch Operations, IT, Finance, and Marketing to align on program requirements and execution.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors for equipment, technology, and service needs.
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution across all stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance through KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Utilize digital platforms for real-time inventory tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support for customers post-launch, including training and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular business reviews and share insights for optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Set vision and goals across branches, ensuring alignment with OSS objectives.
• Manage and mentor branch managers, providing guidance on performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement training programs for branch managers; work with CDP team to foster new talent.
• Conduct regular workshops and coaching sessions to improve sales and operational excellence.
• Ensure onboarding processes for new branch managers and staff are standardized and effective.
• Work with sales, operations and category/purchasing to align branch activities and broader business initiatives.
Nature and Scope
• Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
• Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
• May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.
Work Environment
• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, or field services within construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of construction trades and safety compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of jobsite logistics and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and mobile inventory platforms (e.g., CribMaster).
• Familiarity with vending systems, mobile branch models, and badge-based access technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay Range
$83,500.00-$130,100.00 Annual
