What you'll be doing

  • Own the Roadmap: Take full ownership of key technology initiatives, driving the end-to-end project lifecycle from initial planning to successful final delivery.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the vital link between business intent and technical reality, translating high-level visions into structured, actionable project plans.
  • Drive Alignment: Maintain tight feedback loops and clear communication cadences between internal teams and external partners to ensure total alignment.
  • Guide Implementation & Adoption: Lead the rollout of new systems by managing process changes and providing the hands-on support necessary to ensure the technology is successfully adopted.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Provide transparent, high-impact reporting using Power BI and Excel to track milestones, KPIs, and resource utilization for leadership.

Who we are looking for

  • Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is:

90,000 - 110,000 CAD per year (Hybrid (Vancouver, British Columbia, CA))
