Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or Finance.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the elevator industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel, with strong computer skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Book projects within one week of award and communicate completion timelines with management.
• Manage material supply coordination with vendors and ensure readiness before project start.
• Track job progress and update managers on potential delays with proposed action plans.
• Prepare and manage change order communications and ensure signed approvals from customers.
• Oversee invoicing processes to achieve 90% payment before elevator turnover.
• Lead and develop field technicians while fostering a team environment.
• Enhance team communication and maintain positive relations with the local union.
