Full Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading medium-to-large-scale projects and strategic initiatives supporting McKesson Health Systems (MHS) National Accounts customers and internal business operations. This individual manages projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, customer requirements, operational excellence objectives, and compliance expectations.

The Project Manager serves as a key business partner, facilitating collaboration across National Accounts, Sales, Operations, Contracting, Technology, Finance, Customer Success, MPB Support Services, and 340B teams.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and leverage project management, Lean Six Sigma, and change management methodologies to drive operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

Critical Skills

Salary: 79,600.00 - 106,100.00 - 132,600.00 USD Annual wit 15% MIP

Budgeted target approx.~ 100K - 106,100K with 15% MIP.

Working Conditions
  • Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
  • >25% travel within assigned territory. Position may require some overnight business trips during the year.


This position is a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/work-from-home model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.
