Intralox, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our LMH Equipment Proposal and Project Management Team. This role, based at either our Baltimore, Maryland or New Orleans, Louisiana facility, focuses on developing technical proposals for Intralox's ARB Equipment product line and leading project execution with excellence.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define project scope and develop compelling proposals for customers.
  • Lead project execution while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer requirements and project objectives are met.
  • Actively manage project progress by facilitating cross-functional collaboration and proactively resolving resource or process conflicts.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate business processes that may not align with the evolving platform, assess impacts, and collaborate with teams to implement necessary changes.
  • Translate concepts from the Application Engineering team into clear, actionable product specifications for Intralox Equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to clearly articulate mechanical concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience communicating directly with customers.
  • Effective questioning and listening skills to accurately assess customer needs and requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain focused and composed under pressure and in challenging conditions.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated team player who embraces new ideas and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • PMP certification or formal training in project management (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of conveyor systems and related equipment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software tools such as ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), PDM, Microsoft Dynamics, and Smartsheet.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans

Salary Range $60,700 to $164,900.
