Jefferson is seekingProjectManagertosupporta federal project.This role is fully remote.

Please note that this position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements in a combined role as theworkingTeam Lead/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert.


  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions both within the company and with the client.


  • Approve andmonitortimecards, resolving any issues related to invoicing or reporting.


  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.


  • Assign staff to project tasks and deliverables based on skills, experience, and project needs.


  • Oversee and administer the Quality Assurance Program and Quality Control Plan.


  • Contribute to the delivery and execution of high-quality work products.


  • Review documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met.


  • Mentor, coach, and support employees to foster professional growth and successful performance.


  • Building a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives


  • Managing day-to-day client interaction


  • Setting and managing client expectations


  • Communicating effectively with clients toidentifyneeds and evaluate alternative business solutions


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree


  • At least seven (7) years of experience inexecuting andmanaging projects. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience managing grant, acquisition, financial (accounts receivable/federal budgeting) programs


  • Adeepunderstanding of federal contracting, federal budgeting process,and 2 CFR 200as well as experienceexecutingcradle to grave acquisition and grants management lifecycles


  • Experience developing and delivering acquisition and grant training


  • Adept with Microsoft Office suite/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Lists, Visio, Teams,PowerPlatform) and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.


  • Experience with process documentation, business process re-engineering, process improvement costing, cost benefit analysis, return on investment analysis,data tracking/reporting/visualization,federal budget formulation/execution, etc.
