How you will make an Impact- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making discussions to maintain project momentum and accountability.
- Partner with stakeholders across Information Technology, Market Operations, System Operations, Settlements, System Planning and other business areas to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and proactively address project risks, obstacles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Communicate project status, key decisions, and significant issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support organizational prioritization efforts by providing project insight and delivery expertise.
- Contribute to lessons learned, continuous improvement activities, and best practices within the Project Management organization.
What we are looking for - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, or departments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and commitment to delivering results.
- Desired but Not Required:
- Experience leading technology, operational improvement, enterprise application, or business process initiatives.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or business systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence

The expected salary range for this position is $97,000 - $120,000 per year. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental and vision), flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions and a student debt benefit, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity benefits, paid time off, paid leave, a wellness program, an employee assistance program and other great company perks.
