  • Work with project team to decompose and allocate the scope documented in a Statement of Work (SOW) to create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Flex adaptability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
  • Develop and manage large data sets in Excel to address specific program challenges.
  • Administers and maintain large scale tracking and burn-down workbooks beyond typical Earned Value Management. Examples include procurement tracking, drawing burn-down, and line-of-balance trackers for manufacturing and assemblies.
  • Guide engineers in the development of plans and time estimates.
  • Manage both developmental and production (manufacturing) programs.
  • Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
  • May be required to interpret and administer policies and procedures that impact project(s).
