Job Summary The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and successfully executing technology projects that support strategic business objectives. The role will collaborate with project managers, business and technical leaders, and other stakeholders in a matrixed environment to develop project plans, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and deliver projects successfully. The position requires a strong understanding of both business and technical disciplines, along with experience managing complex projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, action plans, scope charters, and resource requirements. • Identify critical path items, mitigation strategies, and alternative approaches aligned with project objectives. • Lead technology project delivery and manage implementation activities, including status reporting, metrics, change control, quality assurance, testing, and release management. • Manage and coordinate project resources within a matrixed organizational environment. • Identify and proactively monitor cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders. • Foster a collaborative work environment across business, technical, and project teams. • Collaborate with other project managers and internal or external organizations to support successful project execution. • Facilitate and lead discussions with large groups and communicate project information effectively across all levels of the organization. • Manage evolving project needs and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree. • 5-7 years of experience in technology project management. • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel. • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Proven experience successfully executing full-lifecycle, large, complex, multi-year technology projects. • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a virtual work environment. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong facilitation and leadership skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders. • Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Testing best practices. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure. • Experience with Agile project management practices. • Experience working in large, complex, matrixed organizations. • Experience collaborating across business and technical teams. Certifications • PMI certification is desirable. • PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is desirable.
