Work Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)
Travel: Up to 10%
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Job Description: - Support the Bradley A4E1 Program Management team by managing vehicle and hardware deliveries on time and within budget.
- Lead onsite program activities supporting the U.S. Army Bradley post-production integration efforts.
- Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contracts, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain program schedules covering multiple projects and contracts.
- Manage the flow of vehicles and hardware to support on-time contract deliveries.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while managing opportunities.
- Prepare and present project status, technical reviews, and executive updates to customers and leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and contingency plans.
- Monitor project performance, identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and track metrics.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Must Haves: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 6+ years of project management experience.
- Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes.
- Strong project scheduling and budget management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present project status to internal and external leadership.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred: - Master's Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
- Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering or Business Administration with
6+ years of project management experience required. Master's Degree with
7+ years of experience and Project Management certification are preferred.
