Project Manager II - Technology & Digital Payments

Role Summary

Are you an experienced project manager who enjoys leading complex technology initiatives from idea to implementation? We're looking for a Project Manager II to oversee strategic technology projects that support business growth and modernize digital payment solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and help deliver innovative technology solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Day in the Life

Every day brings new opportunities to lead high-impact technology initiatives that support the future of digital payments. You'll partner with business and technology teams, guide large-scale system integration projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and help drive strategic programs from planning through successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead enterprise technology projects and strategic programs from planning through implementation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating both technical and business resources to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and status updates.
  • Oversee large-scale system integration initiatives that support digital payment modernization.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and solutions.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage resource planning and project priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO) and follow established project management standards.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and industry best practices to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Support business case development, feasibility analysis, and solution evaluations for new initiatives.


What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology projects.
  • 3+ years of experience managing regulatory compliance projects involving digital payment solutions or financial services products.
  • Experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience working with Agile project management practices.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or a similar project management certification is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence teams and drive results in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
