Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or IT plus 3 years Project Management experience, including 1 large-scale project over 1 year.
• Associate degree in a related area plus 5 years of relevant Project Management experience with similar large-scale project leadership.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification plus 7 years of project management experience, including managing a large-scale project for at least 1 year.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in Lean, Operational Improvement, and Organizational Change Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental and enterprise-level projects across SHS efficiently.
• Complete project documentation and facilitate small project teams' activities.
• Track project-related tasks and resources diligently.
• Manage project scope, budget, effort, and timeline effectively.
• Collaborate with other project managers to understand project interdependencies.
• Assist in updating PMO methodologies and templates as needed.
• Engage with management and senior administration to ensure alignment on project goals.
