- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of project management or coordination experience (non-IT focus)
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Lucidchart, Microsoft Copilot)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
