Full Job Description
Project Manager II. Responsible for leading and executing complex air emissions testing and environmental compliance projects for industrial clients across multiple sectors, including power generation, manufacturing, oil & gas, and refining. Manage full project lifecycles from client engagement and technical planning through field execution, data analysis, and final deliverables, ensuring compliance with EPA, state, and local environmental regulations. Serve as both a technical leader and client relationship manager, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Ensure adherence to company's Quality Management System (QMS). Troubleshoot complex technical and regulatory challenges. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to field technicians and junior project managers. Promote and enforce safety culture and policies. Conduct job hazard analysis and oversee safe execution of field operations. Provide technical guidance and regulatory interpretation to clients. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business. Full-time. Requires 3 years of undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience with stack testing and background in air emissions testing and environmental compliance. Ability to manage projects encompassing both wet chemistry and instrumental methods, including multi-source/multi-method types and equipment operation. Knowledge of industrial processes, test method theory, and testing equipment. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations, and performance standards pertaining to emissions testing, and OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards. Requires Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI) Certification Groups 1. Travel to client's sites in the US Northern Region (PA, MD, NY, NJ, DC) - 70% of the time.
