Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with strong
Identity & Access Management (IAM) and
Saviynt project experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid
Cybersecurity background and proven expertise in managing IAM implementations, access governance initiatives, application onboarding, user lifecycle management, and compliance-driven security projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IAM/Saviynt implementation, enhancement, and migration projects.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, business, and technical teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and status reporting.
- Drive IAM processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role management, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Facilitate Agile/Waterfall project execution and vendor coordination.
Required Skills: - 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering IAM/Saviynt projects.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC, JML processes, Access Certification, and Compliance.
- Cybersecurity domain knowledge and experience working with security teams.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications: - PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (preferred)
- Saviynt certifications (preferred)
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ (preferred)
