Full Job Description
Salary Range: $78,077.00 - $117,115.00

Position Summary:

The Project Manager I will assist in the management and coordination of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that key tasks are executed on time and within scope. Working under the guidance of more senior project managers, this role is responsible for helping plan, track, and report on NPI project progress. The Project Manager I will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support the successful delivery of new products from concept through to market launch.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate cross-functional project schedules and support execution activities to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Help ensure timely execution of project tasks by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, supply chain, and manufacturing
  • Schedule and participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and key decisions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather project updates, monitor deliverables and support execution activities.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies and execution issues using project management tools and dashboards.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive project records, including meeting minutes, project timelines, and status reports
  • Help track project budgets by working closely with finance and project management teams


Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Required Qualifications:
  • BA in Engineering, Business or related field
  • 2+ years' experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional projects, preferably within product development or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in PM roles w/ focus on PD


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Product Development environments
  • CAPM certification
  • Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira Asana)
